Many agents ask me, “How do you know what to work on every day?” If you’ve been wondering which daily activities will best benefit your business, today I’ll share the three things I do every day, along with the planning sheet I use.

My process starts on Sunday nights. I use a four-quadrant priority matrix planning sheet, but I usually start by drawing four squares on a piece of paper to sort tasks into the categories urgent, important, delegate, and postpone.

Every morning when I get to the office, I pull out that sheet and move the most important tasks onto the calendar. Then I time block for those tasks; after all, the only things that get done are the things that are scheduled.

“Start your day with sales training videos to put you in the right mindset.”

I even plan out my conversations. In my planner, I list every member of my team and what I need to talk to each of them about that day. I also keep a running list of things that I’m waiting on from people, so if there’s even a five-minute break, I’ll have something to do.

Additionally, our team has a daily huddle. It’s important to have some kind of sales training. We start by watching five to 10 minutes of Grant Cardone’s Cardone University Sales Training videos, but you can watch any video that gets you in the right sales mindset for the day.
